HEA 1093 Update: ISDH informational sheet on prenatal diagnoses now available.
Beginning July 1, 2015, all healthcare providers who are authorized to administer immunizations will be required to provide data electronically to the state’s Children and Hoosier Immunization Registry Program (CHIRP) for individuals who are less than nineteen (19) years of age.
