The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, in partnership with the Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin chapters of the AAFP, is excited to announce a virtual, American Board of Family Medicine-endorsed Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians (MC-FP) knowledge self-assessment module (KSA) party focused on Mental Health in the Community.

This virtual learning session offers an innovative method for delivering a KSA nationwide to a large group of physician learners at the same time. A completed KSA will provide 10 certification points and 8 live CME credits toward ABFM certification requirements. Application for live continuing medical education (CME) credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

Space is limited to just 15 participants from Indiana!

Registration for IAFP members is just $95 and online registration will be available soon!
