IAFP releases HIT meaningful use library of resources

Medicare Attestation is open for physicians seeking the Medicare Meaningful Use incentives and Indiana Medicaid is just beginning to register physicians for the Medicaid Meaningful Use incentives. Family Physicians around the state may be thinking, is it too late for me?

It is not too late; physicians can register for the HIT Meaningful Use incentive program as late as 2014.  To assist you the IAFP has made available to you a library of tools to help family physicians understand and access the program and payments.

From defining “meaningful use” to utilizing Regional Extension Center services, the HIT Toolkit let's you know where to start and how to get where you want to go. These resources were developed by the California AFP with grant support from The Physicians Foundation, and the IAFP staff tailored them to Indiana.
